Adult Gymnastics

Our Adult classes are now bigger and better than ever. 
Costs for full term 10 week booking
Term 4 Begins - Tuesday 15th October (10 week Term)

Termly Cost (10 weeks) 
Tuesday 10wks 7pm-830pm $220
Wednesday 10wks 6:30-7:30pm $180
Wednesday 10wks 730pm - 830pm $180
Wednesday 10wks 6:30-8:30pm $250

Casual Class Cost
Tuesday 7pm-830pm $25
Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm $20
Wednesday 730pm - 830pm $20
Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm $30


Whether you are a beginner, an ex gymnast, or wanting something a bit different to your gym sessions, these classes are built to improve strength, flexibility and overall fitness. 
While learning a few tricks along the way

Our Adult classes have full access to our pit, floor, pbars, pommel, ring area, Tumble Tramps, Beams and Olympic trampolines, under the instruction of our fully qualified coaches.

New adults - If you have not attended our adult programs before please fill out the below information and tick trial class on the day and time you wish to attend. 

Trial Class 2024
New bookings please fill out the Trial class you would like to attend above. Classes run during school term. There is no adult training over the school holiday breaks.
Casual Lesson (pick day and time below)
Casual lessons are for those who have attended classes atleast once and have already filled out their enrolment form.
