NSW SNR STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

CONGRATULATIONS to all of our girls who competed on the weekend. We have come home with some amazing results. SIX of our gymnasts have been selected and heading to the Australian National Championships in Melbourne.
Our Level 9 gymnasts Maddison Daley Placing 2nd OVERALL and her Team mate Kiara Wark placing 4th Overall.
Olivia Wills. Level 8. WINNING ALL APPARATUS and coming 1st OVERALL in level 8 with her team mates closely behind her.
Sage Anderson winning Silver and Jessica Rutherford with Bronze Overall in Level 8.
In Division 1 we had Jaymi Aronowitz Place THIRD OVERALL in level 8.
THIS MEANS 4 out of the 8 girls in level 8 going to nationals are from THE NSW ACADEMY OF GYMNASTICS. GO TEAM!
Our Levels 7 brought home amazing results.
Lily Sharpe placing 4th overall and making the National Team. and her team mates
Amelia Eshman placing 3rd overall in division 3.
Charlotte Esdaile placing 3rd overall in Division 2 and her team
Melanie Calder, Amber-Jade Chalk and Phoebe Sharpe beating some personal best!

2016 AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our six gymnasts who competed for NSW in Melbourne this week. Competing against the best in Australia. Our girls and team mates from around NSW shined through.

Level 9 NSW team tied 2nd overall with our very own Maddison Daley placing 5th overall 16+

In level 8 15+ we have Sage Anderson, Jaymi Aronowitz and Jessica Rutherford who placed 6th overall and 3rd on vault. And OLIVIA WILLS National Champion. Placing 1st on vault, bars, floor and 4th overall on beam. With the help of our girls and their teammates from around NSW. Level 8 team NSW placed 2nd overall.

Level 7 NSW team, which included the wonderful Lily Sharpe, placed 1st overall in Australia

Level 5 + 6 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

LEVEL 5:

Division 1 included Chelsea and Stephanie with
STEPHANIE placing 1st OVERALL

Division 2: MELANIE 1st OVERALL
SHELLEY – LEE 2nd OVERALL
and MORGAN placing in the top 10 coming 8th OVERALL

Division 3: included Mai-Ling and Heidi with
HEIDI placing 1st OVERALL

Divsion 4:
DAKOTA 1st OVERALL
SIENNA 2nd OVERALL
TAYA 4th OVERALL

Division 5: JASMINE 5th Overall

Level 6:

Division 1: included Zoe, Scarlet and Tamsyn
With ZOE placing 2nd OVERALL

Division 2: EFTALIA 2nd OVERALL
CHLOE 4th OVERALL

Level 5 - 10 State Club Championships

On the 27th and 28th of August 2016 our MAG and WAG gymnasts headed to Rooty Hill to compete at the NSW State Club Championships. Results below:

Level 6 Jnr: 2nd OVERALL

SPECIAL MENTION TO MELANIE PERSINIDIS: Who was the first girl in NSW to ever score a 10 out of 10 on vault in 2016!!
