^{The NSW Academy of Gymnastics uses each different apparatus to focus on different elements of growth in children. Our main attraction is our 12m Foam Pit. Each aparatus we use to enter the pit, vault, bars, trampoline, allows the child to focus on their coordination skills, rotation, safety when falling, and are able to increase their skills in a fun and safe way. The Foam Pit is one of the main progressions for a child's development in gymnastics, as we make sure any child learning a new skill is taught it in the pit before placing them on any other apparatus.}

<sup>The gymnasium itself is fully air-conditioned with a large waiting room area for parents to be able to watch their gymnasts through the windows.
