I, the parent/guardian of the above named child/children, understand that gymnastics is an aerial sport and that accidents and injuries can occur at any time through no fault of The NSW Academy of Gymnastics’ staff. I hereby indemnify Brunzel Pty Limited trading as The NSW Academy of Gymnastics and all persons employed by or acting on behalf of The NSW Academy of Gymnastics against any liability for injury to my child sustained during his/her training or whilst travelling to and from any training session or other event attended with The NSW Academy of Gymnastics in Australia or overseas. I hereby declare that I have affected all the necessary insurances to cover my child for any injury which might occur through his/her participation in the above program. I agree to abide by The NSW Academy of Gymnastics’ Rules and Regulations.
